4. Newsletter & Marketing Communications

When you subscribe to our newsletter, request early access, or sign up for product drops via any form on our website, you are providing consent under the PDPA for Woofifi to send you marketing communications. This includes:

• What we collect — the email address you submit, the date and source of signup (e.g. homepage form, blog footer), and basic engagement data such as opens and clicks if our email tool reports it
• What we send — product launches, seasonal and festival drops, restock alerts, occasional promotions, and stories from our kitchen. We do not send daily mail and we do not share your email with other brands
• Email service providers — subscriber lists are stored and delivered through reputable third-party email platforms (such as Mailchimp, ConvertKit or similar) which act as our data processors and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations
• How to withdraw consent — every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email contact@woofifi.com at any time to be removed. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional messages tied to an active order
• Retention — we keep your subscription record for as long as you remain subscribed plus a short period after unsubscribe to suppress future sends, after which the record is purged in line with section 6 below
• Eligibility — by subscribing you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that the email address belongs to you

Subscribing to our newsletter is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product. You may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your customer account or order history.

5. Cookies & Tracking
