These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.woofifi.com, the Woofifi mobile application, and all related products and services offered by Woofifi Pte Ltd ("Woofifi", "we", "us"). By using our website, app or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products or create an account with Woofifi. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products

Woofifi sells premium natural pet snacks and related lifestyle products. All products are intended for the pet specified on the packaging. Always consult a veterinarian before introducing new foods, especially if your pet has known allergies or health conditions. Product images are representative — actual packaging may vary slightly.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, inventory error, or pricing mistakes.
• Payment is processed via secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayNow, Shopee, etc.). Woofifi does not store full payment credentials.
• Orders are confirmed only upon payment receipt.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver island-wide in Singapore. Delivery times, fees and thresholds are shown at checkout. While we make every effort to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of pet food, we do not accept returns of opened products. If your order arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@woofifi.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Phase 2 App & Groomer Services

When the Woofifi mobile application launches, additional terms will apply to grooming service bookings. In summary:

• Groomers listed on the app are independent service providers, not Woofifi employees.
• Woofifi acts as a platform connecting pet owners with groomers and charges a commission on completed bookings.
• Liability for the grooming service itself rests with the groomer, though Woofifi verifies credentials and maintains quality standards.
• Full app-specific terms will be provided in-app at launch.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app — including the Woofifi name, logo, product designs, copy, photography and code — is the property of Woofifi Pte Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any Singapore or applicable international laws
• Infringe on the rights of Woofifi or others
• Attempt to interfere with, hack, or reverse-engineer our website or app
• Submit false or misleading information

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as-is". While we stand firmly behind our quality, Woofifi does not warrant that the use of any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific need. Individual pets may respond differently to new foods — introduce treats gradually.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Woofifi’s total liability arising from or relating to any order or service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Woofifi and its officers, directors, employees and affiliates from any claims arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Before escalating, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can try to resolve issues amicably.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
